POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Completed B.Com Degree (or equivalent)
• Completed CTA or Qualified CA (SA)
• Completed SAICA Articles
• Significant experience in an audit environment, specifically as an Audit Supervisor
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and managing junior team members
• Excellent understanding of auditing standards and regulations
• Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and client management abilities
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the audit team to deliver high-quality audit services
  • Oversee audits from planning through to completion, ensuring compliance with auditing standards
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior team members, fostering a collaborative team environment
  • Manage client relationships and address any audit-related concerns
  • Ensure all audits are completed within the required timeframes and budgets
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and regulatory changes impacting audit processes
