SUMMARY:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Conveyancing Attorney. Your primary task will be to oversee a pipeline of residential and estate property transactions.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Relevant Degree in Law
• Extensive Conveyancing expertise
• Strong administrative & organisational skills
• Proactive, independent & problem-solving
• Excellent communication & leadership abilities
• Own car
• Availability to travel to Noordhoek area (approx. 2 days/week)

• Oversee and manage a substantial pipeline of residential and estate late property transfers
• Ensure timely and efficient progression of all transactions
• Proactively identify and resolve potential roadblocks

• Provide guidance and support to senior transfer secretaries
• Mentor and train a junior conveyancer
• Establish and enforce consistent implementation of systems and standard operating procedures
• Manage the workflow of secretaries at two different locations

• Provide expert legal advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process
• Draft and review contracts, sale agreements, and transfer documents
• Prep deeds and transfer duty receipts
• Perform thorough property searches and checks

• Ensure clear, professional, and consistent communication with all parties involved in transactions
• Address client queries and concerns promptly and effectively
• Ensure that secretaries are delivering effective communication

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date files and records
• Develop and implement efficient systems and processes
• Manage reports

• Network with potential clients, primarily estate agents
• Attend industry events and function
