Are you an Associate Attorney who has three to five years extensive experience in Collections, with emphasis on Home Loans and advanced knowledge of the NCA.

Our clients very well-established legal firm based in Cape Town CBD requires your expertise to join their highly successful team.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS

Completed degree with 3 to 5 years post qualification experience
Advanced knowledge and experience in matters involving National Credit Act
Extensive experience with Collections
Emphasis on dealings with Home Loans
Own vehicle and driver’s license.

DUTIES

Manage collections
Handling legal cases
Managing matters involving the National Credit Act
Legal research
Dealing with Home Loans
Drafting relevant documentation
Manage client meetings
Extensive client liaison
Assisting with court appearances

Salary: R30,000 - R40,000 ctc dependent on experience and seniority
