Assistant to Sectional Title Property Manager

SUMMARY:
Our client is growing their sectional title team to add an additional assistant for their customers based in the City Bowl and Atlantic Seaboard.

If you have excellent team & customer interaction skills with sectional title property administration experience, this position can develop into a growth opportunity – we require your eagerness to learn more and grow your skills!

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Minimum five years’ experience incorporating Sectional Title Property administration
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to work in a detailed and deadline orientated business
• Experience with managing records, correspondence, repairs, levy collections and meeting minutes
• A self-starter who wants to grow current skills and learn more
• Able to work one step ahead of the Manager ensuring all admin duties are completed timeously
• Highly advantageous if you have experience working on the software - Weconnectu
• Must have own vehicle and can work in Cape Town CBD area

• Managing administration duties for various portfolios for sectional title buildings
• Dealing with correspondence and liaising with team and customers
• Preparing minutes of meetings
• Compiling AGM packs for the relevant meetings scheduled
• Scheduling of meetings for the team members
• Distributing of notices, correspondence and meeting minutes
• Assisting with levy collection, issuing of statement and managing arrears
• Maintain all records of documentation for owners and scheme activities
• Providing general administrative support for the Manager
• Oversee maintenance and repairs and the management of contracts
• Ensuring compliance with the Sectional Titles Act and scheme rules
