AVP/Sr AVP Digital CX- Solutions Lead (Hybrid)
Shift: 9 am to 6 pm
Digital combines domain expertise with key levers like AI, machine learning, generative AI, advanced analytics, automation, workflows, cloud-native, and next-gen solutions to drive digital transformation, reimagine customer journeys, and enable agile, intelligent operations that boost client revenue and profitability

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Overall, 10 years plus experience and Min 10 years of hands-on experience in designing CX solutions on an enterprise level or large-scale deployments
Strong expertise in CCaaS solutions like NICE, Genesys, AWS
Strong Technical knowledge and experience in Node.JS, Kafka, Cloud Telephony with RT audio streaming & CTI integrations, JAVA, and Web Socket is a must
3+ years of experience designing and deploying CX solutions like CCaaS, Conversational AI, and Generative AI models
Have a good grasp of both backend and frontend technology and framework e.g. Next.JS, Nest.JS, GraphQL, etc.
