SUMMARY:
5* Game Lodge close to Bela Bela is looking for an Assistant Resident Manager to assist the General Manager to plan and manage lodge operations effectively and drive the broader goals of the group as required by Head Office.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

At least 5 years minimum experience in a Management role at a 5* Lodge
Matric
Formal hospitality Degree or Diploma
Good command of the English language
Proven skills & track record in Front of House & F&B management, with specific focus on Front of House Administrative Management
Front Office Management experience essential
Well-spoken and presentable
Guest-centric ensuring great experiences
Innovative and creative to drive hospitality at the Lodge to new levels
Experienced in managing, training, cost control and have strong administrative skills
Relationship building, with staff, guests, the community, the industry
Strong leader with staff management experience
Must be able to successfully manage the lodge in the absence of the General Lodge Manager, and assist in the day-to-day operations of the Lodge
Must be able to cope under pressure to meet guests needs
Good interpersonal skills and communication with staff and guests
Computer and financial skill
Knowledge of NEBULA & OPERA Systems or similar PMS/POS system required
