Stipend: R 8500 pm

About the role:
Assistant Production coordinator is a role that plays a significant part in the operations process, this role
involves assisting the operations coordinator to coordinate the overall production processes, including stock management,
production, quality, order processing, and logistics. This will involve planning and scheduling production activities, using our
internal ERP system MRP easy. The job holder will report to the GM.
Responsibilities:

• Monitor and inspect production processes and outputs
• Schedule production activities
• Assist in Inventory management
• Schedule deliveries
• Who will they liaise with? Operations Manager. What will they manage? Administrative duties related to the
• responsibilities
• What work or results will they be accountable for?
• Schedules: Production orders and Deliveries.
• Inventory management- Stock count, mass balance Raw, in-line & final goods

• South African Unemployed between the ages of 18 and 34.
• Must not have participated on the YES Programme.
• Urger to learn over and above the role appointed for
• Good communications and Interpersonal Skills
• Adaptability and Flexibility
• N.Dip/Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering
• May require occasional overtime or weekend work to meet production demands or address issues
• The role may require working in a production environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
