A Luxurious Lodge is looking for an ASSISTANT LODGE MANAGER to join their team

POSITION INFO:
Candidate Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Hospitality or a similar field
Senior Matric Certificate
Have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role at a 4/5 star establishment
Strong Food and Beverage background and knowledge
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Be able to lead a team of staff
Customer orientated and must value guest delight
Must be well organized and have great time management skills
Have good administration and computer skills
