POSITION INFO:
Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist the Installation Manager with the below:

• Coordinate internal resources
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope and schedules
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

• 3 - 5 years of project and/or installations management and related experience – experience in the office furniture industry is highly advantageous
• You should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks
• You need to be a team player and have a creative problem-solving aptitude
• Excellent client-facing skills
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Excellent analytical skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
