Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Housekeeping Manager to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of their luxurious 5-star game lodge. The successful candidate will assist in managing the housekeeping team, ensuring that all guest rooms, common areas, and facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and comfort. This role involves supervising housekeeping staff, coordinating daily tasks, and ensuring seamless operations while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the housekeeping department, including staffing, training, and scheduling.
• Ensure that all guest rooms, suites, and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
• Oversee inventory control for cleaning supplies and amenities.
• Conduct inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any housekeeping-related issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain records of cleaning and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

• Proven experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles, within a 5-star hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of housekeeping equipment, cleaning products, and safety procedures.
