SUMMARY:
Our client specializes in project support for the (petro) chemical and maritime industries. They provide personnel in the areas of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Operations, Maintenance, and Safety. They are seeking a Assistant Asset Manager to join their team in the Netherlands.

POSITION INFO:
Job Title: Assistant Asset Manager
Location: Netherlands
Salary: To be discussed in the Interview
Vacancy Type: Full-Time

Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:

Degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
Knowledge of asset management principles.
Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).

Beneficial requirements:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in asset management software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Duties and responsibilities:

An opportunity for a motivated Assistant Asset Manager to assist in managing and optimizing the performance of a diverse asset portfolio.

Monitor and analyze asset performance metrics.
Support asset acquisition and disposal processes.
Prepare financial and performance reports for stakeholders.
Assist in strategic planning and risk assessments.
Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure asset compliance.
