SUMMARY:
Our clients based in Centurion are looking for an Assistant Admin Manager to join their team. They are in the retail and distribution industry, and this is based on a temporary basis.

POSITION INFO:
Duties & Responsibilities

Doing Credit checks on new and existing tenants
Weekly Variance report import data, North & South
Monthly Arrears & Vacancy reports
Quarterly reports
Process clearing journals
Stand in for Business Support Coordinator– lease tracking
Stand in for Business Support Coordinator – Vending machine
Stand in for Business Support Coordinator - cleaners
Verify recovery txt files received from service providers
Maintain loading and posting all recoveries for South Africa, txt and csv uploads
Load and post all recoveries for African Countries, csv uploads
Attend to all the recovery queries
Post recoveries received late
Assist with Rent Roll process
Support with Vendor Application assistance

Desired Experience & Qualification

Grade 12 / Matric - (essential)
Diploma in Administrative studies or Finance, Business, Legal, or an equivalent field - (beneficial)
+3 years’ banking, leasing, recoveries & administrative experience (essential)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 with an advanced level of Excel skills – (essential)
SAP Real Estate - (essential)
Experience in a property or FMCG environment – (beneficial)
