Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Accurately make accruals and provisions monthly, following company policies and procedures.
• Reconcile, prepare, and submit monthly returns for VAT, Import VAT, Withholding Tax, and Payroll.
• Address audits and inquiries from Revenue officials as necessary.
• Ensure timely collection of debts.
• Allocate payments and costs accurately.
• Process credit applications, vet, and open new accounts.
• Recalculate trading terms and process credit notes for settlement discounts, rebates, and promotional discounts.

• Diploma in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 3 years experience
