What we do: We provide and source only the purest essential oils to unlock the true meaning of aromatherapy.

What we are looking for: A hands-on art director who has experience managing a team.

What you will do:

Lead the visual identity and creative direction across branding, marketing  - and more -  ensuring designs reflect the company's vision. Oversee and inspire the design team, manage project timelines, maintain quality standard and collaborate cross-departmentally to support company goals.

What you must have:

• 5+ years in a senior design or creative leadership role
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in branding, visual strategy and project management
• Strong ability to mentor, motivate and manage a team
• Experience in fostering collaboration and resolving team challenges
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
