Exciting Opportunity for an Areas Sales Engineer – Western Cape

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and driven Sales Engineer to join a leading global engineering business. Key Responsibilities:

Leverage your engineering knowledge to identify opportunities for process improvements and solve customer challenges.
Drive technical sales initiatives, managing projects and client relationships to meet business objectives.
Work with cutting-edge technology to optimize customer systems and enhance operational performance.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Education: A Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Process, or Instrumentation Engineering.
Experience: At least 5 years of proven technical sales experience, ideally within industries that involve complex technical processes.
Project Management: Experience managing projects is a plus.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of industrial processes and applications.
IT Skills: Proficiency in computer systems; experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
Communication & Presentation: Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively.
Self-Motivation: A proactive, self-starting attitude with enthusiasm for solving problems and finding innovative solutions.
Customer-Focused: A passion for providing exceptional customer service with a solutions-oriented approach.
