Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a Senior Managerial role within the FMCG Sector
• Tertiary Qualification in Business | Sales | Marketing Management or relevant
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel abilities
• Strong people management skills and experience with Retail and Wholesale
• Manage store ordering, stock levels, pricing, and promotional activities
• Knowledge of Human Resources and Industrial Relations processes I
• Ability to supervise and develop field staff, manage attendance, and conduct appraisals
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel essential
• Clear criminal and credit record
• Must have contactable references
• Must be able to pay slips on request
