• Grade 12
• Sales Tertiary Qualification – Advantage
• Min 5 years exp in Industrial Sales / Rental within the Earthmoving / Yellow Equipment
• Fully Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
• Valid Driver’s License and own transport
• Excellent communication and ‘people skills.
• Computer literacy is essential and Auto Line/Advantage experience is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Working knowledge of forklifts/Earthmoving Equipment and selling forklifts within an assigned sales territory.
• Establishing an environment and foundation for future sales growth.
• Selling value and solutions to the customers.
• Lead the top-to-top meetings with key customers to ensure strong relationships and remove business obstacles, aligning with long-term company direction.
• Achieving monthly and annual set budgets.
• Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
• Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
