POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to understand customer requirements and propose tailored technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and optimize application processes to meet clients' needs while adhering to company standards.
• Serve as the technical liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring seamless communication and support during the project lifecycle.
• Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and troubleshooting support for customers.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues, providing timely feedback and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance solutions and processes.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Software, or related field) or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in an applications engineering or similar role, with a strong technical background.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience.
• Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients or attend industry events.
