SUMMARY:
Seeking a Demand Planning Analyst (Johannesburg) for an opportunity within the FMCG industry.

POSITION INFO:
Purpose of the Position:
Responsible for creating realistic demand forecasts by category to enable the supply chain planning process to function optimally and to provide consolidated information to commercial department for company forecasting. Draw up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation.

Key Responsibilities:

Categorise products
Classify events
Determine statistical forecast methods to be used
Compile, update, refresh and distribute reports
Identify and analyse outliers

Requirements:

Relevant Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain
FMCG industry experience - short-shelf life products essential
Business English: Fluent
Code 08 driver's license
Computer Literacy: Advanced Excel
Strong analytical skills
Effective communication skills
