Job Description:
Hominum Solutions is seeking a competent Air Freight Export Controller to join a reputable freight forwarding company based in Kempton Park. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in air freight export control and must be proficient in CargoWise.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate air freight export operations.
Prepare and process all relevant export documentation.
Ensure compliance with international air freight regulations and customs requirements.
Liaise with airlines, clients, and customs officials to ensure smooth shipment processes.
Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to air freight exports.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in air freight export control.
Proficiency in CargoWise is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of international air freight procedures and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
