Are you a qualified Tractor Technician with hands-on experience in maintenance and repair of tractors and agricultural machinery? Requirements:

• Formal qualification in Tractor/Mechanical Engineering or similar field (Trade Test/ National Diploma).
• Extensive experience with maintenance, repair, and servicing of tractors and agricultural machinery.
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience diagnosing mechanical issues.
• Willingness to relocate and work locally or within Africa.
• Ability to work independently and manage a variety of agricultural machinery repairs.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety standards.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• 3+ years working as a Tractor Technician or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with various tractor brands and models, as well as related agricultural machinery.
• Solid knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems in tractors.
• Ability to work with remote teams and manage on-site repairs for agricultural clients across different African regions.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to maintain high-quality work under pressure.
