POSITION INFO:

Aftermarket Manager – Industrial Machinery – Jet Park

A supplier of industrial machinery to mines and industry requires the services of an Aftermarket Manager

Job purpose :

• To manage the aftermarket activities that includes a Team Lead Operations, Service Technicians, Service Administrator and to ensure that divisional plans for the Aftermarket products and services are achieved.
• Ensure that adequate controls are in place to secure company vehicles and other assets allocated to the aftermarket division
• Ensure that adequate controls are in place to secure Company vehicles and other assets allocated to the aftermarket division.
• Ensure that all work done by the service staff meet the requirements in accordance with the Company’s Quality Management System.
• Ensuring that Company work Instructions and procedures are developed, followed and implemented.
• To ensure that staff comply with all Health and Safety requirements in the execution of their duties.
• Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring that all activities are customer centric and value adding.
• Ensure that WIP is managed by correctly allocating costs and invoicing work at the earliest opportunity whilst adhering to the Company’s work instructions and procedures.

Minimum requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Valid SA Driver’s Licence
• Experience in Customer Service.
• Experience in managing similar business activities.
• Experience in managing service staff.
• Proven Managerial skills.
• The ability to maintain good Customer relationships.
• Good planning and organizational skills.
• The ability to supervise the commercial functions of the division.

Salary offer: R75K CTC
