POSITION INFO:

African Thermal Insulations (ATI) is a manufacturer of roof insulation solutions based across a few branches in the country. Our Durban Branch is seeking to appoint Administration support person to carry out all administration duties, assist production administration and preparation as well as appointment bookings for external calls.

RESPONSIBILITIES.

• Responsible for general administration operations.
• Build relationship with clients.
• Internal sales and quotations
• Assist Branch Manager where required
• Assist production team where required

Daily Functions

• Liaise with Gauteng Internal Sales for ATI products.
• Liaise with Suppliers for non ATI products.
• Place orders on Production and on Suppliers.
• Monitors all aspects of Finished Goods Stock Control.
• Prepares Quotations, Orders, GRN’s, Delivery Notes and Invoices (including COD.
• Maintenance of a high level of Customer service and relationships.
• Switchboard / receptionist / administration and office duties as required
• Appointment bookings
• Production administration
• Stock take
• Assist with PR/ Digital marketing of ATI

Requirements

• Min Matrich plus post matric training in related field
• 3 Years experience in same of similar role
• Product knowledge will be an added advantage
• Navision (a must) plus MS package
• Exceptional phone etiquette
• Interpersonal skills
• Presentable with clean habits
