POSITION INFO:

✅ Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric
• A B.Com degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management is advantageous
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Fluent in English – both verbal and written
• Minimum 3 years experience in freight forwarding operations (air, ocean, and road)
• Strong knowledge of Incoterms
• Prior experience with CargoWise1 (CW1) is essential
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Familiarity with MS Dynamics is beneficial

? Key Responsibilities

• Prepare competitive pricing for RFPs, client ad-hoc quotations, RFQs, and other quoting tasks (excluding tenders)
• Ensure consistency and accuracy using internal tools within agreed KPIs
• Develop client-specific pricing solutions where required
• Follow detailed pricing processes and SOPs
• Strategize pricing based on market intelligence and trends
• Manage both internal and external customer expectations
• Collaborate closely with Sales, CRM, Revenue Management, and other Pricing Teams
• Provide data-driven insights to support commercial decisions
• Quality-check estimates before submission (especially for tender-related work)
• Promote team collaboration and maintain a high-performance culture
• Be available to work extended hours based on operational needs
