SUMMARY:
FMCG Manufacturing brand are currently looking to employ an ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST to join their team.  Based past ELN Airport.
 

POSITION INFO:
Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

• FMCG manufacturing working environment experience – NON NEGOTIABLE
• PASTEL PARTNER and advanced Excel – NON NEGOTIABLE
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proven Ability to work under pressure, unsupervised and self disciplined
• Financial aptitude
• Minimum of 5 years experience in same/similar role
• Own Vehicle – Essential
• Based past ELN Airport - reside in that vicinity

• Order Collection and allocation thereof
• Invoicing / GRN
• Compilation of load sheets and delivery notes to assist sales manager
• Management of warehouse staff – drivers, assistants and merchandisers
• Train and upskill junior staff
• Manage working hours of warehouse staff, ensuring hours are managed and submitted
• Keep compliance reports up to date
• Report to FM
• Customer engagement with solid problem solving skills
• Deadline driven
