My client in the telecommunications industry is looking for an incumbent who will coordinate and manage the administrative division in total to ensure that the business comply with corporate governance and general administrative procedures within all departments. The admin manager must also ensure that all contractual obligations and vetting is always completed to ensure business continuity in all departments.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Must have a Business Management degree
At least 5 years administration AND management experience
Must be fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English - Excellent verbal and written skills
Compile monthly report to present to the CEO on the performance of the division
Sound knowledge of sales administration and workflow requirements
Sound knowledge of contractual risk, quality control procedures, tactical problem solving and corporate and departmental directives, regulations and policies governing work activities
Must have excellent time management skills, negotiation skills and decision making skills
