SUMMARY:
DUR002228 - ADMINISTRATION MANAGER - (UPPER HIGHWAY)

Purpose of the Job:
To provide comprehensive administrative and financial support, ensuring efficient stock management, cashier supervision, and adherence to company policies.

Required Qualifications:

Matric with Math, Accounting, or Science.
Diploma or qualification in Administration, Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Finance.
1-3 years’ experience in an administration or financial role preferred.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor administration policies and procedures.
Manage stock receipts, transfers, and controls to ensure accuracy, including direct management of merchandisers.
Procure retail stock promptly at optimal prices, maintaining correct inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and dead stock.
Supervise all cashiering activities, including direct oversight of the cashier supervisor.
Liaise with the site manager and directors to ensure clear, transparent, and timely communication and reporting.
Coordinate with the accounting officer on matters related to administration, wages, debtors, and stock.
Provide reports and information according to daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly deadlines.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
