Our client, located in the Iswepe area, is looking for a qualified and experienced Admin and Payroll Administrator to join their team. In this role, you will provide reception, administrative, and secretarial support to both management and employees. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and the entire factory payroll function.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 (With a pass in English and Mathematics)
- Payroll related qualification, preferably Sage VIP
- 2 Years’ experience in a reception, secretarial and general admin/data capture environment
- 3 Years’ experience in VIP Payroll
- 3 Years’ experience in using Microsoft 365
- Intermediate to advanced Excel abilities
- Ability to speak and write English competently
Key duties:
- Assume accountability and responsibility for the entire factory payroll function
- Render a receptionist, administration and secretarial service to management and employees
- Comply with the production and safety procedures
- Comply with the requirement of ISO and Quality management systems
