SUMMARY:
A Superior 5* Safari Lodge in the Greater Kruger is looking for an ADMIN MANAGER

POSITION INFO:
Candidate Requirements:

At least 4 years’ experience in hospitality in an administrative role
Strong admin skills
Bush lodge, 5* hospitality experience preferred
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Knowledge of XERO & Res Request would be an advantage
Strong people skills (guest interaction as well as staff interaction)
Valid driver’s licence

Duties will include:

All payment requests & creditors
Payroll Administration
Petty Cash
Vehicle Admin
Handling staff issues
Updating of staff files
Using Res Request (experience not essential however they should have knowledge/experience of at least one other hotel management software system)
Relief of staff duties on Cycle leave.

This is a live-in position.
