SUMMARY:
Our client, a Proudly South African Legal firm, based in Pietermaritzburg, seeks your administration skills to execute a variety of Admin Assistant duties. These tasks will include working with Attorneys, clients, Paralegals, and other members of the firm with a series of administrative functions.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Job Requirements:

Matric essential.
Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience as an Administrator within a Law firm.

Skills (Job related skills required):

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of CMS.
Knowledge of FICA.

Responsibilities:

Work with a diary system.
Knowledge of CMS.
Work with a file labelling system.
Deal with accounting folders (draw fee memorandums, send e-mails off to clients & filing of invoices with covering emails).
File invoices/pre-bills and e-mails to include the invoices.
Stock take and ordering of stationery.
Diarising & closing files.
Take calls, prepare detailed messages, follow up with the Sheriffs & confirm service jurisdiction.
Collate, distribute e-mails, draw files.
General drafting, e-mails, letters, pleadings and notices and copying and collating.
