POSITION INFO:
Role Overview:
This position focuses on maintaining the financial health of the scheme while ensuring members receive comprehensive healthcare coverage. By utilizing data analysis, the role supports decision-making in benefit design, risk management, and trend analysis to deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actuarial services planning: Design actuarial analysis to provide input into improvement of the company's sustainability and interventions
• Actuarial modelling: Build and evaluate tools and predictive analytical models for compiling and analysing data to calculate risks
• Actuarial advisory: Perform a complete range of actuarial services and financial projections, such as long-term strategy and annual valuation
• Stakeholder management
• Compliance and governance: Solid understanding of corporate governance, including the Companies Act and King IV

• Degree in Actuarial Science.
• Advanced expertise in actuarial science.
• Min 4 years of experience in actuarial analysis.
