Are you an ambitious actuarial modeller ready to take ownership and make a tangible impact? We’re looking for a hands-on, proactive Actuarial Modelling Analyst who thrives in a high-energy team and is passionate about building smart, predictive models that drive real decisions.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

- Build, maintain, and enhance actuarial and predictive models from the ground up.
- Apply machine learning techniques to develop intelligent, forward-looking solutions.
- Take full responsibility for your models – no hand-holding, just initiative and innovation.
- Work on new and existing modelling projects, including exploratory and business-driven initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with a talented team in a dynamic, fast-paced office environment.
- Contribute fresh ideas and challenge the status quo to continuously improve model accuracy and performance.

Requirements:
- Minimum 4 actuarial exams completed.
- 3+ years experience in building and maintaining models (actuarial and/or predictive).
- Strong technical and programming skills, ideally with exposure to Python, R, or similar tools.
- Experience in machine learning applications in modelling.
- Financial services industry experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solver, quick thinker, and eager to be part of a collaborative, high-performing team.
- Must be office-based and ready to contribute in person.
