Duties:

• Support senior team members with a range of actuarial activities, including financial modelling, data management, and process improvements.
• Contribute to valuations, reporting production, and in-depth analysis.
• Develop and maintain clear documentation, including process maps, user guides, and model documentation.
• Collaborate with the Pricing team to ensure accurate and effective outcomes.

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Completed or Studying towards ASSA actuarial exams

• 2–4 years of experience in the insurance sector (Life and/or Non-Life).
• Solid knowledge of insurance products and markets.
• Experience with regulatory frameworks such as SAM and IFRS17.
• Strong data analysis and management skills.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to present complex data and insights in a clear, understandable manner.
• Strong Excel skills (including VBA).
• A team player with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
