Accounts Clerk / Office Administration
Based in Epping Cape Town
R15 000 - R18 000 ctc

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:
Monday – Thursday 07:00 – 16:00
Friday : 07:00 – 15:00

Basic Office Administration and Reception duties
Invoice customers.
Do telephonic collections for outstanding money
Compile debtors control sheet (Sage Pastel).
Match and batch creditors.
Normal Admin Duties.
Quotations to clients
Check and process wages of ± 10 members of staff weekly (Pastel Payroll 365).
