Accounts Admin & Receptionist required for a reputable property company based in East London, Eastern Cape
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, accounts, or reception role
- Experience with bookkeeping or accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Pastel, Xero) is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial and administrative tasks.
- Professional demeanor and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients, tenants, and visitors professionally
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them appropriately.
- Manage office supplies, filing systems, and general office organization.
- Assist in updating tenant records, lease agreements, and payment schedules.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
