POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as an Accounting Generalist
• Proven experience with Microsoft Business Central (processing, administration, and end user)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and administration of Microsoft Business Central
• Serve as the secondary point of contact for system-related queries, troubleshooting, and user support
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Business Central
• Co-ordinate system updates, improvements, and training for end users across departments
• Generate financial reports and analysis to support compliance with group-wide reporting standards
• Assist with procedures which ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Assist in the development and documentation of internal controls and processes within the Business Central system
• Work closely with Finance, Procurement, Operations, and other departments to ensure the effective processing of financial data and reports
• Support departments in aligning their reporting needs with Business Central functionalities
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting workflows
• Assist in automating routine financial tasks and reports using Business Central
