POSITION INFO:
Requirements:
- Qualified CA(SA) with a minimum of three years in a franchised motor dealership accounting environment.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proven knowledge of financial analysis and strategy.
- In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations and industry legislation.
Responsibilities, but not limited to:1. Budgeting:- Assist in the overall corporate budgeting preparation, financial management and financial
monitoring processes.
2. Financial Analysis and Reporting:- Perform financial analysis, reporting and management activities.
- Ensure that the financial reports are prepared and delivered on time.
- Review financial data for accuracy, correctness, and completeness.
- Generate financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables,
expenses, etc. - Ensure Monthly Reports are submitted in a timely manner.
3. Strategic Analysis:- Establish key financial strategies to enhance business profitability.
4. Review and Reconciliation:- Review annual budgets and recommend any changes if needed.
- Assist in account payable and receivable activities.
- Perform account reconciliation activities.
5. Audit:- Prepare the financial system for the external annual audit.
- Handle all audits and ensure that vehicles are settled in a timely manner, including daily settlement of sold units and aged units.
