My client is seeking a meticulous and proactive professional to join their team.

This role is based in Sandton, Johannesburg North.

Performance Areas & Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable Management:
  • Daily processing of invoices for expenses.
  • Preparation of accounts payable reconciliations before payment.
  • Analyze expenses to ensure validity and approval.
  • Manage age analysis on a monthly basis.
  • Execute weekly and monthly accounts payable payments.
  • Update and maintain the debit order list.
• Vendor Master Data Maintenance:
  • Regularly update vendor master data on SAP.
  • Establish and maintain communication with suppliers.
  • Facilitate supplier applications and contracts.
• Commercial Activities:
  • Extract and analyze data from QlikView.
  • Perform unit cost calculations with couriers.
  • Compile and distribute daily sales reports.
• Projects:
  • Provide support to the Financial Controller on various ad hoc projects.
• Monthly Reporting:
  • Manage equipment accounts.
  • Prepare PCR reports.
  • Conduct QUESH expense, legal fee, and courier fee analyses.

• BCom in Accounting or Finance.
• Completed SAICA/SAIPA articles are essential.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in SAP and QlikView is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
