SUMMARY:
Accountant – Kyalami
My client in Kyalami is seeking a qualified and experienced Accountant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial background, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

POSITION INFO:

Key Performance Areas:

Financial Management

Financial control and cash flow management.
VAT control and E-Filing.
Journal control and processing of financial transactions.
Memo and reconciliation tasks.

Budgets & Forecasts

Planning, compiling, and evaluating financial data.

Reporting

Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports.
Managing financial year-end processes.

General Duties

Handling any other finance-related functions as required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a similar field.
Additional qualifications in Finance will be an advantage.

Experience & Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in finance.
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and financial transactions.
Familiarity with financial regulations (GAAP).
Advanced computer literacy (Excel, MS Office, and accounting software).
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial management.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A self-starter with strong work ethics and reliability.
