Accountant & Administrator

SUMMARY:
As an Accountant and Administrator, you will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, a keen eye for detail, and excellent organizational skills.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Process and reconcile financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly management reports
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, stock reconciliation, data entry, and record maintenance.

Qualifications:
- Relevant finance qualification (e.g., bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field).
- At least 4 years of experience in accounting and administration.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in XERO an advantage, or experience in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
