Salary: R20k - R30k/month + Performance-Based Commissions

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. You will be instrumental in driving business growth by managing inbound inquiries, nurturing leads, and fostering relationships with key partners in the legal and financial sectors. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to develop and maintain strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Management: Handle inbound inquiries, qualify potential clients, and manage the initial stages of the sales pipeline.

• Sales Support & Client Liaison: Engage with solicitors and probate administration firms to facilitate smooth and timely sales processes for their clients.

• Partnership Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and reach out to potential partner firms in the legal and financial sectors.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring a high level of engagement and satisfaction.

• Sales & Outreach: Support business development efforts by conducting cold outreach where necessary, following up on warm leads, and identifying opportunities for collaboration.

• Target Achievement: Work towards KPIs related to lead conversion and partner onboarding, with commission incentives tied to performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Industry Knowledge: Experience in the legal or financial sectors is highly desirable.

• Sales & Partnerships Experience: Prior experience in sales, account management, or partnership development is beneficial.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage with legal professionals and decision-makers.

• Cold Outreach Experience: Previous experience with prospecting and cold outreach is a plus but not essential.

• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple leads and partnerships simultaneously, ensuring follow-ups and actions are completed efficiently.
