SUMMARY:
We are looking for a highly experienced Account Director to join a dynamic and innovative agency. This role is hands-on, requiring leadership and strategic oversight across multiple client accounts. If you have 4+ years of agency experience in client management, team leadership, and project coordination, we’d love to hear from you. Agency experience is non-negotiable for this position.

POSITION INFO:

Job Description:
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business and growth opportunities
Strategy Development: Work with creative teams to develop and test campaign strategies across various communication channels
Team Leadership: Manage junior team members, providing hands-on training, motivation, and career development support
Financial Management: Monitor project costs, manage client and agency budgets, and ensure invoicing is accurate
Operations: Handle reports, reviews, and project coordination to ensure timely and on-budget delivery

Skills & Experience:
4+ years of experience in an agency environment, particularly in client service and people management
Proven track record of managing teams and client relationships at a senior level
Relevant tertiary qualification (marketing/communications) are essential
A valid driver’s license and own transport are required
