POSITION INFO:
What You’ll Be Doing

Drive Innovation: Collaborate with global teams to improve and develop an AI & ML platform.
Hands-On Development: Create, enhance, and maintain MLOps solutions, build pipelines, and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform.
Optimize Operations: Lead security hardening, infrastructure automation, and monitoring improvements on AWS.
Collaborate & Deliver: Work in an Agile environment, ensuring top-notch solutions that meet business needs.

Your Toolkit of Skills
Essential Skills:

AWS networking and security hardening expertise.
Proven experience with AWS services: Sagemaker, API Gateway, VPC, S3, StepFunctions, EventBridge, Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM.
Mastery of Python and solid knowledge of the ML lifecycle.
CI/CD pipelines (Github Actions preferred) and automated testing.
Expertise in Terraform and Terragrunt.
Strong understanding of data engineering (ETL) and data storage concepts.

Advantageous Skills:

Familiarity with ML lifecycle and model development.
Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLM) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
A knack for coaching and knowledge-sharing.
Flexibility to tackle varied tasks, travel internationally, and adapt to new tech trends.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or equivalent experience).
At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
AWS Certified Developer Associate or AWS Certified Solution Architect credentials.
