AUTOMATION SPECIALIST/EAST LONDON
Education and Minimum requirements
Matric or Equivalent N3 Technical Qualified Technician/Artisan
Minimum 5 – 10 years work experience, programming skill, familiarity with programming automation tooling & equipment
MUST HAVE own reliable transport
Must be able to work flexible hours ie: call-outs/stand by
Hands on experience
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop Industrial automated processes, systems and components
Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair automated systems
Install, configure and maintain automation systems
Implement new technologies and software to improve automation systems
Generate and maintain technical documentation for automated systems
Perform preventative maintenance on automated systems
Generate and maintain technical documentation for automated systems
Perform preventative maintenance on automated systems
Analyse and promote industrial systems optimization
Monitor system operation and respond to alarms and errors
Advancing laser technology
Collaborate with other departments to ensure operating system reliability and safety standards are achieved
Maintaining industry standards and compliance
Salary: Market related
