SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled Assistant Plant Manager. This role requires a strong leader with expertise in wastewater treatment, process optimization, and compliance management. The successful candidate will ensure efficient plant performance, regulatory compliance, and effective resource utilization while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications & Experience:

Degree/Diploma in Chemical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
DWS Class V or VI Process Controller certification (non-negotiable).
8+ years experience in wastewater treatment operations, including 4+ years in a supervisory/management role.
5+ years of experience in MBR plant operations.
Strong background in wastewater treatment processes, SCADA systems, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
Proven ability to compile detailed technical reports.
Valid Code B/EB driver’s license.

Skills & Attributes:

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and reporting tools.
Mechanical aptitude and experience with SCADA/PLC-controlled equipment.
High attention to detail, with strong planning and report-writing capabilities.
Results-driven, with a customer-focused mindset.
