SUMMARY:
AKHILE a Level 1 BBBEE Consulting Company that focusses on providing practical, innovative and sustainable solutions to the public sector, with a special focus on municipalities. We are looking for individuals to join our team as Assets Auditors on moveable assets in our Cape Town office on a one (1) month contract.

POSITION INFO:

JOB DESCRIPTION

Complete Training on system and processes to be followed on site;

Identification and capturing of movable assets (i.e. Furniture and Fittings, Computer Equipment, Office Machines, Vehicles, etc.

Asset Descriptions;
Asset Conditions;
Asset Serial numbers/ Barcodes;
Asset Conditions Etc;
Printing, issuing and obtaining sign-off of asset inventory lists; and
Any other related roles.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Attention to detail;
Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times;
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
Willingness and ability to learn;
Basic computer and android phone skills;
Microsoft Excel (Optional); and
Good interpersonal skills:
- Verbal communication;
- Observant;
- Assertive; and
- Teamwork.
Proficiency in English language is required. Professional working proficiency in Afrikaans will be an added advantage.
Preferably reside in and around the Stellenbosch Municipality/ areas.

PERIOD OF EMPLOYMENT:
- Approximately 1 month starting 15 January 2025.
REMUNERATION:
- A daily rate will be discussed in the interview.
