SUMMARY:
The Area Manager will oversee the performance and operations of multiple retail stores within an assigned area. This role involves ensuring store standards, meeting sales targets, driving team performance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a multi-store capacity.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in sales performance tracking.
