SUMMARY:
A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple retail stores in KwaZulu-Natal, primarily in Pietermaritzburg and Durban. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth store operations, driving sales performance, and maintaining high customer service standards. Reporting to the Regional Manager, the successful candidate will lead and support store teams to achieve business objectives.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing multiple retail stores.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
Ability to plan, prioritize, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Strong customer focus with a passion for people and service.
Proficiency in computer literacy and financial data interpretation.
A valid driver’s license is essential.
