POSITION INFO:

Lead Accounts Payable Operations – Direct workflows from invoice receipt to reconciliation, ensure timely payment processing, and resolve vendor issues
Vendor Master Management – Oversee vendor data accuracy and mitigate risk by managing high-risk data fields like banking details
Policy & Compliance – Develop, implement, and maintain systems and policies to meet audit, regulatory, and company standards
Staff Development – Manage a talented team, focusing on their growth and productivity while fostering an engaging, learning-focused work culture
Financial Management – Prepare budgets, monitor expenditures, and report on department performance

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5-10 years of experience leading an Accounts Payable team (10+ members) in a Shared Services environment
Proven expertise in process improvement and Sharepoint document management
A passion for leadership and a strong track record of driving efficiency

Qualification:
A B Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field
Project Management Certification
