POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
AME qualification is advantageous
Proven experience as an aircraft Technician, Mechanical Instructor, or in a similar role within the aviation industry.
5 – 10 years’ experience
Experience in ERP systems and logistics software
Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, CAA part 145)
Deep knowledge of aircraft mechanical systems, components, and maintenance practices.
Strong instructional and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to diverse audiences.
Experience in developing curriculum, training materials, and assessments.
Proficiency in hands-on mechanical tasks, including assembly, disassembly, and troubleshooting of aircraft components.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Patience, adaptability, and a passion for teaching and mentorship.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Knowledge of UAV Systems, components and logistics challenges specific to the industry.
Strong aviation mechanical background
